Welcome to Free Palm Reading. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at freepalmreading.io and the services offered there (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Free Palm Reading is operated from Utah, USA. References to “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Free Palm Reading.

  1. The Service

Free Palm Reading is an entertainment service that uses artificial intelligence to generate palm readings from photographs you upload. Readings are provided in various styles and formats, including general readings and love-focused readings. The Service is offered in free and premium tiers; tier features and limits are described on the site and may change over time.

  1. Entertainment Only — Not Professional Advice

Palm readings provided by the Service are for entertainment purposes only. They are not professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, legal, relationship, career, or spiritual advice. Do not make important life decisions based on a reading. If you need professional guidance, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or to create an account. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

  1. Accounts

You may use some features of the Service without an account. To unlock additional features and to subscribe to premium, you must register an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when registering.
  • Keep your password confidential and secure.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us promptly at support@freepalmreading.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may use only one account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images that are not of human palms (for example: explicit content, violent content, illegal content, copyrighted material you don’t own, or content depicting other people without their consent).
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any person.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, reading limits, tier restrictions, or any other access controls.
  • Attempt to access, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its underlying systems without authorization.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts) to interact with the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit readings without our written permission.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are misusing the Service. We also reserve the right to remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

  1. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions provide unlimited readings and additional features as described on the site.

  • Billing — Premium is billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you choose. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.
  • Renewal — Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel.
  • Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe’s customer portal (the link is available in your subscription receipts and from your account). When you cancel, your premium access continues through the end of your current paid billing period, after which it ends.
  • Price Changes — We may change premium pricing in the future. If we change the price, the new price will apply to your next renewal, and we will provide reasonable advance notice via email.
  1. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for premium subscriptions, including for unused time after cancellation, partial billing periods, or accidental purchases. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund past ones.

If your country or state grants you a non-waivable statutory refund right (for example, certain consumer protection laws), this policy does not override that right.

  1. Free Tier and Service Changes

The free tier is offered as a courtesy. We may change, reduce, or discontinue free tier features and limits at any time. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including premium features, with reasonable notice when practical.

  1. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics (usage statistics), and Hostinger (hosting). Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers where applicable. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

  1. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, written content, and the software that generates readings, is owned by Free Palm Reading and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the palm images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that image through our AI provider for the sole purpose of generating your reading. We do not retain or store the image beyond the brief processing window (see our Privacy Policy for details).

The text of a reading generated for you is yours to use personally — you may screenshot, share, or save it. You may not, however, build a competing service or commercial product around readings generated by the Service without our written permission.

  1. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • Readings will be accurate, meaningful, or useful.
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
  • Any defects or errors will be corrected.
  • The Service will meet your expectations.

You use the Service at your own risk.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • In no event will Free Palm Reading be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
  • Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Free Palm Reading harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

  1. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from your account page.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limits, indemnification, dispute resolution, and intellectual property) will survive.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

  1. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF IN COURT, AND IT WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

  • Informal Resolution First — Before filing arbitration, you agree to first contact us at support@freepalmreading.io and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will do the same before filing against you. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days, either side may begin arbitration.
  • Binding Arbitration — Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
  • Location — Arbitration will take place in Utah County, Utah, or remotely if both sides agree.
  • Individual Claims Only — All claims must be brought on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
  • Opt-Out — You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@freepalmreading.io within thirty (30) days of first agreeing to these Terms. Your notice must include your name, account email, and a clear statement that you are opting out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
  • Exceptions — Either side may bring a small claims court action in Utah County, Utah for disputes within the small claims court’s jurisdiction, instead of arbitration.
  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and may also notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the Service.

  1. Miscellaneous
  • Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
  • Severability — If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No Waiver — Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment — You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them, including in connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition.
  • Headings — Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
